Provider Search
Are you looking for someone to provide in-home care to your child with a developmental disability? LINK's online provider search will help you match your specific needs to available individual in-home providers in Dane County (WI).

Steps to Search:

1. Confirm that your family is eligible for services in the Dane County Developmental Disabilities System. Families must be eligible for services with Dane County Children’s system to utilize this search. If you are unsure about your family’s status – please email pbecker@fsrcdane.org.
2. Register your family by completing the online profile form, starting with your email address below. Your profile will be password protected and you may edit or delete it at any time.
3. After registering your profile, it will be reviewed for eligibility in the Dane County Developmental Disabilities System by LINK. You will receive an email notification after your information has been processed.
4. Once verified as eligible, you may run a search and review your match results.
5. Wait for contact from Family Support and Resource Center – In Good Company staff about your search results.
6. Follow up with referred providers.

About In-Home Providers
In-Home providers are considered employees of the family. Families and providers are responsible for determining hourly wage, expectations of work to be completed, supervision and termination of employment relationship. Each provider has completed criminal background checks and employment history screening compliant with state and federal funding regulations.
