CDP Program is funded by:
Dane County Human Services Contract and medical insurance.
CASC Program is funded by:
Medical insurance, educational/vocational funding support through
special contracts.
Average length of service is:
Based on individual needs. Typical evaluation is 2-4 visits.
Intake procedure is: Contact
the main office to obtain registration materials.
Target population is: Individuals
whose ability to speak or write cannot fully meet their communication
needs and / or access needs, as a result of developmental disabilities,
acquired disorders or disease (ALS, Spinal Cord Injury), or acquired
brain injuries (TBI).
Other eligibility requirements include:
- CDP: Dane County residents age 0-4 and
18 +, with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injury.
- CASC: Dane County residents age 4 and
up; referrals and services for out of county and out of state
residents (all ages) should be directed to CASC.
