Families receive service for as long as they are eligible and need
service, until the child reaches age 21 or graduates from high school.
Intake procedure is: The
program has a waiting list of up to 5 years. Contact the Program
Director directly to begin the eligibility determination process.

County families who are raising a child with a significant disability.
