Eligibility for Services
Each LINK affiliated agency is responsible
for determining eligibility for its provided services. Families must
make personal contact with individual agencies to complete intake
process and eligibility confirmation. Previous diagnosis from medical
and or school professionals may be utilized to determine eligibility,
but may not guarantee eligibility for services.
Many Dane County programs currently have waiting lists for services.
Eligibility determination does not guarantee immediate services from
any particular agency.
